  • Labor and Birth Doula

    Includes:
    Three prenatal visits
    Phone/email support
    On call from 37 weeks until you give birth
    In-person labor and birth support
    One postpartum visit

    $1750

  • Postpartum Support

    I can provide a range of postpartum support depending on what you need! I can help with newborn care, emotional support, debriefing and understanding your birth experience, breastfeeding or bodyfeeding support, light housework, or referrals to helpful resources.

    $45/hour

  • Postpartum Overnight Support

    Newborn care and light household tasks so you can rest and feel your best.

    $55/hour

  • Lactation Support

    As an AALP certified Lactation Counselor, I offer lactation support through prenatal and postpartum evidence-based education, feeding assessment, and postpartum support with latch, expression, normal feeding habits, etc.
